We believe sex education and empowerment is a vehicle for peace; peace that starts within ourself, expands to our relationship(s), and continues outward to our communities and the world.

My Sexual Biography (My Sex Bio) was created from seeing the need for more open and accurate conversation surrounding sex – especially since it is one of the most integral parts of being human. As the importance of reflection on our priorities, happiness, and overall wellness grows, we see a gap in giving our sexual health and enjoyment time and attention.

Through interviews and research, we create resources that educate about sex and sexual wellness. Our content is curated around monthly themes and intended to inspire and empower you to be able to command your sexual biography. 

You can explore our resources through our regular social media posts, our podcast Carnal Theory and Vlogs on YouTube, and our largest resource, My Sex Bio Studio where we have weekly classes, workshops, and events. Many other launches are on the horizon, including a guided journal, merchandise, and the release of our new website with even MORE resources!
